Passion for Souls Outreach Ministry was founded through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit by Barr. Olufunsho Isaac Olufunsho. The ministry began in 2004 when Obafemi Awolowo University was temporarily closed due to student protests. During this time, God revealed the need to rescue young Christians entangled with worldly distractions. With confirmation from spiritual mentors and fellow believers, the outreach officially commenced in February 2005, starting with evangelism at Awolowo Hall in OAU, Ile-Ife. Since then, the ministry has grown and expanded to multiple institutions across Nigeria.
Our mission is to win souls for Christ, disciple new converts, and foster spiritual growth among believers. Through evangelism, prayer meetings, and community outreach, we aim to equip individuals with biblical knowledge and a deep passion for the Gospel. The ministry operates as an interdenominational platform uniting students and Christians from various backgrounds to fulfill the Great Commission.
